AMES operates a policy of complete transparency with their public and private sector clients. Efficiencies and the cost-effectiveness of our service is enhanced through the co-ordination of call-out work through Tom Tom Works Vehicle logistics systems. This enables us to allocate a technician to you rapidly in a way that always puts our client first. It also saves unnecessary use of resources, fuel and emissions which is in line with AMES environmental policy.

Clients such as councils, local education authorities and property management companies who benefit from AMES service contracts are able to log-in and see where their allocated technicians are at any time. This way they can see which of their properties or estates are currently being worked on at any particular moment in time. This is combined with consistent feedback and the accurate and timely logging of work to ensure clients are aware of exactly what is occurring within their facilities and properties.

All of our pest management programs are provided with hard copy pest management records which will satisfy regulatory authorities. The client and technician use this medium to record any pest activity and to analyse and rectify any reoccurring trends and building maintenance required. The folders consist of the following documentation:

  • Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Pest Incident Register
  • Licenses and Registrations
  • Bait Station Number System and Plan

In addition to this AMES utilise leading technology in order to provide additional, secure record-keeping and access to up-to-date information for our clients. Moreover, you always have real, knowledgeable people to talk to at AMES, who are an integral part of the business. Service schedule clients have a single point of contact allocated to them.

Pest Control Guarantee

We guarantee to keep your premises free of the pests specified in your contractual agreement. We have an on-call emergency response service operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for out of hour’s emergencies, giving you the peace of mind to continue business as usual. We guarantee to attend to all emergencies within 24 hours.
