AMES offers a policy of transparency, integrity and traceability throughout all its environmental services, including: preventative and reactive pest control, bird control, waste handling, waste disposal and chemical cleaning treatments (for example: graffiti removal).
Central to our ethos is our determination to understand our clients’ requirements from the outset. We then formulate a bespoke strategy that will include:
- A free site survey
- A full report with recommendations (at no charge)
- Once a business relationship is established, full feedback following every visit
- A fully computerised work system, increasing efficiency and productivity and providing complete transparency
Technology has created real efficiencies, for example a works vehicle logistics systems, which enables us to rapidly allocate a technician. It also saves unnecessary use of resources, fuel and emissions – in line with AMES’ environmental policy.
Clients on AMES’ service contracts are able to log in and see where their allocated technicians are at a given time. This way they can see which of their properties or estates are currently being worked on. This is combined with consistent feedback and accurate/ timely logging of work to ensure clients are aware of exactly what is occurring within their facilities and properties.
All of our pest management programs are provided with hard copy records, to help satisfy regulatory requirements. The client and technician use this medium to record any pest activity and to analyse and rectify recurring trends and required building maintenance. The folders consist of the following documentation:
- Technician Service Reports
- Material Safety Data Sheets
- Pest Incident Register
- Licenses and Registrations
- Bait Station Number System and Plan
In addition to the above, AMES utilises leading technology in order to provide additional, secure record-keeping and access to up-to-date information.
The AMES team is made up of knowledgeable and experienced industry representatives. Service schedule clients have a single point of contact allocated to them throughout the duration of their contract.
